Yaroslava Gres
Yaroslava Olehovna Gres is a Ukrainian journalist, blogger and social activist.
Brief biography
Yaroslava Gres was born in Kiev, December 8, 1982. She graduated from Kiev International University, where she received a higher education in journalism.
She started her career in the press at the age of seventeen, having got a job in the magazine "Ekran Nedeli".
After that she cooperated with such well-known Ukrainian publications as the newspaper "Business", magazines "Cosmopolitan", "Vogue", "MAX", "ELLE".
For five years she wrote various materials for the magazine "TV Guide", where she started as a journalist, but rose up the career ladder to the position of editor-in-chief of the publication.
In 2007, she took the post of editor-in-chief of HELLO magazine (Ukraine), where she remained until 2009.
She founded Gres Todorchuk PR agency, which revealed its potential soon after the Revolution of Dignity. The agency is engaged in public and charitable projects.
Among them it is worth mentioning such programs as:
"Corruption Park".
"Shchiri".
"Museum of News".
Yaroslava Gres herself also organized various charitable events, such as "35 Stories of Yaroslava Gres", a project, the money from which went to help sick children.
Yaroslava Gres was included in the top 100 Ukrainian bloggers according to ICTV TV channel.
Yaroslava Gres is also included in the top 100 most influential Ukrainian women according to "Focus" magazine.
