Sergiy Konstantinovich Ionushas is a people's deputy of Ukraine from the party "Servant of the People".

Biography of Sergiy Ionushas

Sergei Ionushas was born in Russia, in St. Petersburg, October 18, 1979. He received his higher education already in Ukraine, at the Institute of Intellectual Property and Law and Shevchenko National University in Kiev, where Ionushas began studying in 2002.

For a long time he worked in the private legal sector - as a lawyer and advocate, and was repeatedly engaged in copyright defense. He joined the Ukrainian Bar Association.

In 2019, during the presidential elections, Sergiy Ionushas was a trustee of Volodymyr Zelensky, who at that time was a candidate for the presidency of Ukraine.

In the extraordinary elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which took place in 2019, Sergiy Ionushas ran for the people's deputies from the political force "Servant of the People", on the general list of the party under the number 38 and successfully passed to the parliament.

In March 2020, it was reported that Sergiy Ionushas may be appointed Prosecutor General of Ukraine instead of Ruslan Ryaboshapka, who will resign.
