Cheev (real name Vladislav Chizhikov) is a Ukrainian singer of Belarusian origin. He is the winner of the Belarusian National Music Award Lira (nomination Discovery of the Year, 2017).

Brief biography

Vladislav Chizhikov was born on December 31, 1991 in Bobruisk in Belarus.

At one time he worked as a Bulgarian language teacher in Minsk.

Together with the band Radiowave made it to the final of the Belarusian national selection for the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest, but lost the right to represent Belarus to singer Alekseev.

In Belarus, Chizhikov was the winner of Nationwide TV's music project "Academy of Talents 2".

He gained popularity in Ukraine as a solo artist, recording covers of other people's songs. He sang, in particular, hits of Ukrainian singers.

He was a participant of the Ukrainian projects "X-Factor" (2016) and "Voice of Kraїni" (2019).

Since 2019, he focused on his career in Ukraine and started writing his own songs in Ukrainian.

In a duet with Yulia Sanina (vocalist of The Hardkiss), he sang the song Stones.

One of the most popular Cheev songs was "Garno tak", which gathered millions of views on YouTube, and also topped the Apple Music Ukraine top-100 chart.
