Tournament judge shoots contestant in the buttocks while demonstrating safety techniques: the moment was caught on camera
A video from a shooting tournament in Poland has gone viral, as it shows a judge shooting a participant in his buttocks at point-blank range. The incident took place during a competition organized by the Bydgoszcz Shooting Club LOK in Godawa, Poland, in September, but it has only just appeared online.
The video shows a judge of the Polish Sport Shooting Federation pointing a firearm directly at two men moments before the shot. At the same time, he tells the other man how to handle the rifle.

Suddenly the gun fired. The wounded 68-year-old man fell under the table and then rolled onto his side, putting his hand to his right buttock, where the bullet had hit.
The wound was later found to be non-fatal. The police opened a criminal investigation under the article "unintentional exposure of a person to direct danger of loss of life or serious damage to health."
