Ukrainian Everton defender Vitalii Mykolenko got married to his girlfriend Victoria Assorova. The 24-year-old Ukrainian national footballer posted photos from the ceremony on his Instagram.

In the pictures, Vitalii and Victoria pose in the building of the Ukrainian embassy in London, showing off their wedding rings.

On the same day, Victoria Assorova posted a video on TikTok showing off a fantastic bouquet of roses.

In January 2021, Vitalii told the OTDUSHYVDUSHU YouTube channel that they were introduced by her sisters.

"They were filming a live broadcast there. I saw her and found her on Vkontakte. She was from Crimea, and we talked once every six months. Then there was a pause in communication and then we talked again. And then she moved to Kyiv and that was it," the footballer said at the time.

Victoria, 24, graduated from high school in May 2017 on the temporarily occupied peninsula. At the last bell, the graduates wore ribbons in the colors of the Russian flag.
