David Cameron planted a tree in Lviv
On Friday, May 3, British Foreign Secretary David Cameron arrived on a visit to Lviv. There, he and Mayor Andriy Sadovyi planted a tree in the city center.
Andriy Sadovyi reported this on his Telegram channel. They planted a robinia next to the tree of another close friend of Ukraine, Professor Snaider.
"Morning can start not only with coffee. Now Mr. Minister has his own tree in Lviv, and therefore a good reason to return to Ukraine with good news more than once," Sadovyi wrote.
He also noted that Cameron's statements about the possibility of using British weapons on the territory of Russia "give confidence."
The day before, David Cameron visited Kyiv, where he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. They discussed the situation at the front and international support for Ukraine.
Earlier it was reported that British Foreign Secretary David Cameron made it clear that his country is not against Ukraine using British weapons to strike Russia. He pledged about $3.74 billion in annual military aid to Kyiv "for as long as it takes."
