The best budget used cars under $13,000:

The last place in the rating is taken by the Honda Civic. Experts noted its reliability and spacious trunk. However, among the disadvantages were a cramped rear sofa, high cost compared to competitors, and inconvenient controls. Nevertheless, the model made it into the top ten.

Skoda Octavia took the first place. Among the advantages are affordability, a large number of options, and practicality. The quality of the interior is also noted. However, the equipment in the basic versions is not rich.
