No bitterness: we tell you how to cook liver properly
The liver is a very healthy product that contains many nutrients. It's worth noting that it contains virtually no fat, and in terms of protein, it is in no way inferior to chicken breast (20 g per 100 g of by-product). The caloric content of the liver is only 140 Kcal, so it is often recommended for use in a low-calorie diet. Veal liver can be used to make pate, goulash, pancakes, salads, hot dishes in the oven, snacks, and chops.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious fried veal liver with onions and spices on Instagram.
