Ingredients:

  • smoked ribs - 400 g
  • split peas - 500 g
  • water - 2.5 liters
  • carrots - 2 pcs
  • onions - 2 pcs
  • large potatoes - 3 pcs
  • turmeric - 1 tsp
  • salt, pepper
  • dill
  • croutons

Method of preparation:

1. For the broth, put the ribs, whole carrots, onions and chopped potatoes in a saucepan.

2. Rinse the peas, drain and put them in a saucepan. Cover with water and cook until the peas are tender.
