How to cook any fish deliciously and correctly to make it healthy: a recipe for dinner
Fish is the best product for preparing delicious dishes for lunch and dinner. In addition, fish goes well with all vegetables, herbs, and citrus fruits.
The chef shared a recipe for delicious baked fish with butter and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 4 fillets of white sea fish
- 50 g of butter
- 60 ml of cream
- a few cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp of mustard
- juice of half a lemon
- half of a finely chopped small onion
- salt, pepper
- lemon slices for serving
- chopped parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Dry the pollock fillets with paper napkins to remove excess moisture, season with salt and pepper, and place in a baking dish.
2. Add butter, cream, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and finely chopped onion to a separate bowl. Microwave for a minute. Stir and microwave for another minute. Please note that the container should be half full so that the foam that may form does not go over the edge. You can warm the mixture on the stove for about a minute after boiling, stirring constantly.
3. Pour the mass evenly over the fish and put it in a well-heated 180-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and lemon slices before serving!
