Ingredients:
- boneless thigh meat - 6 pcs.
- rice
- butter - 40 g
Ingredients for marinating the thighs:
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- salt - to taste
- paprika - 1 tsp
- dried garlic - 1 tsp.
- suneli hops - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the thighs.
2. Add all the spices for marinating.
3. Mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes.
4. Cut the onion and carrot into small cubes.
5. Pour the oil into the preheated frying pan, let it heat up and add a piece of butter.
6. Fry the onion until soft, then add the carrots. Cook for several minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Rinse the rice under warm water and pour it into the mold.
8. Add the roast, salt and water to the rice.
9. Put the marinated thighs, skin side up.
10. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
11. Then remove the foil, add a little water to the rice if necessary.
12. Put it on for 20 minutes to make the thighs brown.
13. Remove from the oven and serve.
