How to cook perfect chebureks

The chef shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, hearty, thin, and very crispy homemade chebureks.

Recipe of the dish

Ingredients:

  • 350 g flour (sift)
  • 200 g of hot water

  • 5 g of salt
  • 1 tsp of vinegar
  • 400 g of minced meat
  • 150 g of onions
  • 100-150 g of water (the more water, the juicier it will be, but so that the minced meat keeps its shape and does not spread)

Method of preparation:

1. Dough: add vinegar to hot water, then pour this mixture into the flour, add salt, oil, and knead the dough first with a spoon, then mix it with your hands and wrap it in plastic wrap, let it rest for 30 minutes.
