Chicken wings can be the basis for delicious soups, and they can also be deliciously baked in the oven and cooked over a fire. To make them crispy and juicy, you need to bread them properly.
The cook shared a recipe for very crispy, juicy, and delicious baked chicken wings on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken wings 1 kg
- baking powder 1 tsp
- flour 3 tbsp
- dried garlic 1 tsp
- seasoning for chicken 1 tsp
- paprika 1 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
- black pepper
- butter 50 g
- 5 cloves of garlic
- optional herbs (green onions)
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the wings, dry them, and remove the third, smallest "phalanx" (if any).
2. Mix all the dry ingredients. Sprinkle them over the wings and mix thoroughly.
3. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for 25 minutes.
4. Take the meat out of the oven, turn each piece over and put the wings back in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes.
5. Combine the melted butter with the squeezed garlic and herbs. Pour this mixture over the hot wings!
