Autumn is the perfect time to prepare delicious and hearty dishes with mushrooms. Among them, a special place is occupied by hearty puffs, which require only puff pastry and mushrooms.

Ingredients:
- 500 g. puff pastry
- butter/oil
- 1 onion
- 250 g. mushrooms
- parsley
- salt, pepper
- 100-150 g of cheese
- 1 egg yolk
Method of preparation:
1. Thaw the dough according to the instructions on the package.
2. Fry the onion, sliced in half rings, in butter, and add the sliced mushrooms. Fry for 7-8 minutes until golden brown, season with salt and pepper and add herbs.
3. Make shallow cuts in the dough on both sides, rub the center with cheese, and spread the mushroom filling. Brush the edges of the dough with egg yolk.
4. Put in a preheated 200C oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
