Fried potatoes are one of the most budget-friendly and delicious dishes that everyone can cook. To prevent them from sticking to a pan, chefs advise putting the potatoes in immediately after pouring in the oil together with salt.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious fried potatoes with dill that won't stick to a pan on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 700 g of potatoes
- 25 g of oil
- salt, pepper, paprika, garlic
- 30 g of hard cheese
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the oil into the frying pan, add the potatoes, and then salt right away. Fry over high heat until first stirred, then reduce to medium heat. Fry on all sides until golden brown, stirring.
2. Add paprika, pepper, dill, garlic and grated cheese. Stir, cover for 3-4 minutes, and serve!
