What to cook for a festive table from minced meat and pineapple: a recipe for a delicious appetizer

If you want to surprise your family with a delicious yet unusual dish that is easy to prepare and will decorate any holiday table, we recommend that you try this recipe. This dish is made from basic ingredients and will surely appeal to everyone, especially those who like an unusual combination of flavors.

The recipe was shared by food blogger Victoria Panasyuk. On Instagram, she explained how to make minced meat "nests" and what is the best thing to add to them as a filling.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat - 1 kg
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Sour cream/mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
  • Spices to taste

Ingredients for the filling

  • Canned pineapples
  • Sour cream\mayonnaise - for greasing
  • Suluguni cheese - 200 gr

Method of preparation

1. Add chopped onion and spices to the minced meat. Mix well. Optionally, chop the onion in a blender.

2. Add sour cream or mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

3. Form balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press lightly with the bottom of a glass to form nests.

4. Lubricate the wells with mayonnaise or sour cream and put the sliced canned pineapples.

5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
