Juicy and soft chops are made from pork. But the quality of the dish depends not only on the meat but also on the cooking technique. There are a few secrets here.
The idea of cooking juicy pork chops was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger named nisenitnitsia. The meat should be cut no more than two centimeters thick, and don't forget to marinate it in spices before frying.
Ingredients:
- pork tenderloin - 800 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- mineral water - 300 ml.
- eggs - 3 pcs. + salt
- flour - 100 g
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pork into 2-centimeter thick slices.
2. Beat off well on both sides.
3. Squeeze the garlic into a bowl.
4. Add salt and pepper and pour in the mineral water.
5. Put the chops out and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
6. Then roll each piece first in flour, then in egg.
7. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
