What a delicious fall dish to prepare with carrots: the perfect dessert for tea

Ingredients:
- eggs - 4 pcs
- sugar - 250 g
- sunflower oil - 250 ml
- flour - 2 cups (360 g)
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- grated carrots - 2 cups
- walnuts - 150-200 g
Method of preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar.

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
2. Add sugar.
3. Beat until the sugar is dissolved.
Add chopped nuts.

4. Add flour and butter, alternating.
5. Add baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon and mix.
Add carrot.

6. Add nuts and carrots and mix everything thoroughly.
7. Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with flour.
Bake.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
9. Cover with glaze (mix lemon juice with powdered sugar).
