A cook shared a recipe for a delicious and easy-to-make forshmak with apple and boiled egg on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 300 g fillet of salted herring
- 2 boiled eggs
- 0.5 onions
- 1 small sour apple
- 70 g of softened butter
- salt, pepper to taste
- 0.5-1 tsp of lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the herring fillet and onion. Grate the boiled eggs and apple on a fine grater.
2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add lemon juice, butter, salt and pepper, and mix well.
Serve with dried rye bread!
