The club owner is unhappy with the summonses for the players: we invest money, and six months later the players are taken away
Roman Solodarenko, the owner of Kudrivka Football Club (Chernihiv Oblast), which plays in the Second League of the Ukrainian Championship, spoke about a meeting between PFL clubs and the new UAF president, Andriy Shevchenko, where the issue of mobilizing players was discussed. Solodarenko admitted that this was one of the problems that existed between the UAF and the PFL.
"The fact that the players are always on wheels, always on the move, training camps, the training process. And movements lead to subpoenas. Unfortunately, this problem has not been solved. I have not fully understood who imposed the taboo. This is very problematic. Because football players are people who work and move around different regions today. And this has now become more complicated. And it's hard for me to say how to deal with this further," Tribuna quoted Solodarenko as saying.
Roman Vasylovych suggests leaving reservations for the period of martial law at least for those players who have professional contracts.
"We invest in training and everything else, six months pass and the players are taken away. What's next? We also play not just for our own pleasure, but for the fans, for victories, for solving tournament tasks, for promotion in the leagues. But how can we solve the problems if we have no one to solve these issues," Solodarenko admits.
