Ingredients
- Milk - 300 ml
- Honey or sugar - 100 g
- Yeast - 40 gr
- Egg - 1 pc
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- Butter - 60 g
- Oil - 20 ml
- Flour - 600-650 g
Ingredients for the nut filling
- Nuts - 150 g
- Egg white - 1 pc
- Sugar or honey
Ingredients for the jam filling
- Jam - 200 g
- Starch - 2 tbsp

Method of preparation
1. Add yeast, honey, salt and a little flour from the total mass to warm milk. Leave the dough for 10 minutes.
2. Add the dough, egg, melted chilled butter, and vanilla sugar to the flour. Knead a soft dough. Let it rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 3 parts, wrap the filling in each part, make a braid, and roll it into a loaf.
4. Put it in a round mold covered with parchment, greased with oil, and put a glass in the middle. Let it rise.
5. Brush with egg and milk, sprinkle with poppy seeds.
6. Bake for the first 10 minutes at 190, reduce to 170 and bake for an hour, reduce to 160 and another 10-15 minutes.
7. You can additionally sprinkle with sugar syrup for shine.
