Everyone can cook stewed cabbage because it is also one of the simplest dishes. All you need to do is finely chop the cabbage, fry it, add vegetables and sauce, and simmer.
A cook shared a recipe for a delicious, hearty stewed cabbage with meat, carrots, and prunes on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 small cabbage
- favorite meat - 300 g
- carrot - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- 3 prunes
- garlic - 2 cloves
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- spices to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the meat over high heat until golden brown. Add the onion and fry for another 5 minutes.
2. Add grated carrots and finely chopped garlic and fry for a few minutes.
3. Then add cabbage, prunes, tomato paste and spices, cover with water and simmer for about 30-40 minutes until tender.
