Peaches cake was very popular in the 90s. However, it can still be made at home today. The most important thing is to make the right dough, which determines the taste and structure of the dessert.

Cook Natalia shared a recipe for delicious Peaches cakes on Instagram, which are made with a delicious condensed milk filling.

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 350 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream - 60 g
  • Butter - 60 g
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.

The filling:

  • Boiled condensed milk
  • Nuts.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar in a fluffy mass, add sour cream and soft butter, mix. Gradually add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough.

2. Put the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

3. Roll out the dough into balls, place on a baking sheet with parchment and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 C.

4. Spoon out the center of the prepared halves, put the nuts in it and cover with condensed milk and cover with the other half.

5. Dip the finished dessert in beetroot juice on one side and carrot juice on the other to make the cookies bright.
