The main news is the hybrid powertrain from Toyota. Close cooperation between Japanese companies allows to exchange technical solutions.
The hybrid variant was equipped with a 2.5-liter gasoline engine and three electric motors (total output of 219 hp). But in Mazda independently calibrated the power plant. All-wheel drive is standard.
Fuel consumption of Mazda CX-50 Hybrid is about 6 l/100 km. The price of Mazda CX-50 Hybrid - from 35 390 dollars for the crossover in the basic version.
