To warm up the mascara, simply hold the tube to your body for a minute or two. Your body temperature is enough to warm up the product.
Erica Smith, a makeup specialist at Birchbox, called this trick extremely effective. She explained that heating mascara improves not only its functionality but also its durability.
"If your favorite mascara starts to clump and lump on your lashes, a little heat can liquefy the formula to the desired consistency," the makeup artist said.
