Light salad with red fish, greens, and avocado: a simple recipe in 10 minutes

Salads can be made from iceberg, and lettuce, as well as fresh vegetables, herbs, healthy avocado, fish, seafood, shrimp, and cheese. It is better to dress salads with vegetable oil rather than mayonnaise, adding mustard and lemon juice.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, light salad with avocado, red fish, and fresh cucumbers.

Ingredients:

  • Salad mix
  • Red fish – 80-100 g
  • Avocado – 1 pc
  • Cherry – 7 pieces
  • Cucumber – 1 pc

For the cream:

  • Cream cheese 40 g + cream and 10 g + pinch of salt

For the sauce:

  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • French mustard with grains – 1 tsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. For the cream: whisk all the ingredients until thick.

2. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients.

3. Cut the cucumbers into slices, spread them with cream, and roll up.

4. Put the salad on a plate, top it with chopped cherry tomatoes, red fish, avocado, and cucumber with cream, and pour the sauce. You can also add lemon juice to keep the avocado from darkening!
