Juicy and soft: how to cook pork ribs properly
Pork ribs are a product that can be the basis for making broth for borscht and soups. They can also be deliciously baked with vegetables, spices, and sauces. To make them juicy and soft, you need to make a good marinade for them.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious, juicy pork ribs with mustard and berry sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- pork ribs 1 kg
- salt, spices to taste (paprika, pepper mixture, dried garlic, suneli hops)
- mustard 4-5 tbsp
- sauce "Berry"
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the pork ribs, dry them, and remove the film. Sprinkle with salt and spices and season well on both sides. Brush the ribs with mustard. Wrap in cling film and marinate for 2-3 hours.
2. Then wrap the marinated meat first in parchment, then in foil. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven to 160 degrees for 2 hours.
3. Take the ribs out of the oven, brush them thoroughly with the berry sauce on both sides, and cook for another 15 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
