How to make crispy and puffy bread without kneading: step-by-step recipe
Homemade bread not only tastes incredible but also gives you a sense of comfort as the aroma penetrates every corner of your home. Baking bread is a special process that requires care, love, and, of course, a little bit of magic.
Food blogger Inna Ruziak showed how she bakes bread at home on Instagram. Her recipe turned out to be incredibly easy because you don't even have to knead the dough.
Ingredients
- flour - 500 g
- warm water - 375 ml
- sugar - 9 g
- dry yeast - 9 g
- salt - 8 g
The method of preparation
1. Add salt, sugar, and yeast to warm water and mix well.
2. Add the mixture to the sifted flour and knead with a spoon until smooth.
3. Leave the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes.
4. Put the dough on the parchment and form the bread.
5. Put it into a cauldron, cover with a towel and leave for another 20 minutes.
6. Cover with foil and bake at 240 degrees for 25 minutes.
7. Remove the foil, reduce the heat to 220 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
