How to cook any fish deliciously in the oven for dinner: hearty and healthy
Fish is a source of vitamins and minerals that are essential for everyone's body. According to experts, you should eat fish 2-3 times a week. And it is best to cook it in the oven, with spices, vegetables and herbs.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked fish with lemon and a delicious sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Fish
Sauce:
- parsley
- olive oil
- garlic
- salt
- lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Make cuts on the fish, clean and wash it beforehand. Then add spices, and salt, sprinkle with lemon, and add a slice of lemon inside the fish.
2. For the sauce: blend the parsley with the juice of half a small lemon and the zest of half a small lemon in a blender. Then add 3 tbsp of olive oil, and salt, squeeze a clove of garlic, and mix.
3. Bake the fish for 35 minutes at 210 C in a preheated oven. After 20 minutes, add a piece of butter.
Pour the sauce over the finished hot fish!
