Many makeup techniques are very personalized, so they are not suitable for most women. However, there is an application technique that will suit anyone, even women with hooded eyelids.

This makeup will not only look good but also visually change the shape of the eyes. It is even often used by drag queens to make them look more feminine and impressive.

So, in order to change the shape of your eyes, you need:

• matte eyeshadow;
• concealer;
• cotton swab;
• micellar water;
• primer;
• makeup brush;
• eyeliner;
• mascara.

To begin with, Doria advises preparing the eyelid with a primer. This is especially important for those with oily skin or hooded eyelids.

Apply an eye shadow that is several shades darker than your skin tone. Create an elongated shape that slightly protrudes beyond the natural crease of the eyelid but does not touch the eyebrows.

Then dip a cotton swab in micellar water and wipe the product off the part of the eyelid that covers the eyeball.

Apply a light concealer to the cleaned area of your eye and look up to leave an impression on the top of your eyelid. This marks the place where your new crease will be.

Fill in the resulting shape with concealer and set it with light eyeshadow.

Finally, you can add a glow to the border between light and dark shadows, draw arrows, emphasize eyelashes, and amaze everyone with your expressive look.
