Healthy pumpkin candy: made without sugar
Pumpkin is a very healthy and tasty product that can be the basis for making delicious salads, snacks, pies, casseroles, jams, and sweets. Pumpkin can also be baked with cinnamon.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, healthy, and quick-to-make pumpkin candies.
Ingredients for 15 candies:
- 100 g pureed baked pumpkin
- 150 g of cream cheese
- 100 g of honey
- 40 g of butter
- 300 g sugar-free biscuits
- 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp each ginger and nutmeg
- + some dark chocolate for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pumpkin, mash it, add honey, oil, cottage cheese, and spices, mix, and cook over a fire until thick. Then put it into a mold, and cover it with foil.
2. Crush the biscuits in a blender and add them to the pumpkin mixture.
3. Use your hands to form the candies.
Decorate with chocolate, and cocoa if desired!
