Chery's new cheap crossover hit by price before market launch
The DR ICH-X K3 crossover is Chery's new cheap crossover model. The car, which looks like a copy of Land Rover, is ready to go to the European market. This Chinese car has already managed to impress with its price.
This is reported by Motor1. For Italy, the Jetour T2 from Chery has changed its name to DR ICH-X K3. In Europe, many Chinese automakers are embarrassed about their origins and real names. But even more surprising is the change in price.
The Jetour T2 price in China is from $25,500. The Italian price starts at 48,500 euros! This is inexcusably expensive for a car from the PRC. It is not worth counting on high sales. Especially considering that much more affordable DR models have not been successful.
Chinese crossover is very similar to the Land Rover Defender. The similarity is seen from all sides so clearly that it cannot be called a coincidence. Chery Jetour T2 is powered by a 2-liter gasoline engine with an output of 245 hp.
In the equipment of the model - cameras round-view, adaptive cruise control, heated seats in the cabin, automatic braking and lane keeping systems.
