Fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych and former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov will be tried for signing the Kharkiv agreements, which extended the Russian Black Sea Fleet's stay in Crimea for 25 years.
Both former officials are suspected of treason, the Prosecutor General's Office said on September 15. The indictment has been sent to court.
