Paska bread (Easter cake) is the main dish of the Easter holiday. When preparing Paska, every homemaker wants it to look its best. This can be done with icing. The most important thing is that it should be stable, not stick to your hands and not crumble.

Foodblogger Yuliia Kisil (yuliakysil) on her TikTok page shared a recipe for a stable icing for Paska, which is made without eggs and gelatin.

Ingredients:

  • powdered sugar - 150 g
  • milk - 1-1,5 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - a few drops

Method of preparation:

1. Add milk and lemon juice to the powdered sugar.

2. Mix the ingredients with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. The consistency can be made either thick or liquid - choose the proportions of the ingredients to suit you.

3. When the mass is homogeneous, you can decorate Paska bread.
