No-bake chocolate cake: how to make a delicious dessert quickly
Homemade cakes are the best treat for tea. They can be made from completely different doughs, from waffle cakes, cookies. As well as with fillings, cream, yogurt, condensed milk.
Cook Iryna shared a recipe on Instagram for a chocolate cake with sour cream that's made in a pan.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 5 pcs.
- sugar - 160 g
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- vanilla sugar - 2 packets
- cocoa - 50 g
- 150 g flour
- baking powder - 1,5 tsp.
- boiling water - 60-70 ml
For the cream:
- sour cream - 400 g
- boiled condensed milk - 300 g
- thickener for cream - 20 g
Syrup:
- water - 6 tbsp.
- sugar - 4 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs until smooth, add sugar and vanilla sugar and beat for 3-5 minutes until foam forms on the surface. Pour in the oil and mix.
2. Mix flour with cocoa and baking powder, sift into the dough, mix and pour boiling water, mix.
3. Bake the cakes in a greased skillet with butter over low heat under a lid on both sides.
4. Syrup for impregnation: heat sugar with water until dissolved, stirring constantly, cool.
5. Cream: mix sour cream with boiled condensed milk, add the thickener to the cream and mix until thickened.
6. Assemble the cake: soak each cake with syrup, smear with cream. Spread the top and sides of the cake with the remaining cream and decorate with cookie crumbs. Leave the dessert for at least 5-6 hours near the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
