OBOZ.UA has found the easiest ways to purify water that do not require significant effort. These methods will help you find a way out of a difficult situation.
Tablets based on chlorine and iodine
These tablets are made specifically for disinfecting and disinfecting water. Pour water into a container and immerse one tablet in it, and in half an hour the liquid will be suitable for consumption. This is a reliable and quick way.
Freezing
Pour water into any container and put it in the freezer for a day. Melt the frozen water with hot liquid. Water that contains nitrates, iron, and other harmful substances accumulates in the center and bottom of the container during freezing.
Using boiling water, you can get rid of the impurities by "washing" the bottom and center. Pour off the dirt and leave only clean ice. Pour hot water over the outside of the container to help the ice melt faster. The water that melts will be potable.
Filter
You can make a water purification filter yourself. To do this, you will need a jug, a watering can, cheesecloth, five packets of activated carbon, and river sand.
Put the watering can in the jug and cover it with a piece of cheesecloth. Next, fill the funnel with a small layer of cotton wool and cover it with cheesecloth again.
Next, spread the charcoal tablets over the entire surface of the filter and cover with two layers of cloth.
The sand needs to be prepared in advance. Wash it and fry it in a frying pan. Wait until it cools down and pour it into the filter, tamp it down well and cover it with cheesecloth again.
Now you can pour the water through a watering can, where the clean liquid will fall into the pitcher.
