How to get a sweet mountain of strawberries: you only need three spoonfuls of fertilizer
When the strawberry season arrives, it might seem like you can indulge in this berry endlessly, with the only limitation being the size of the harvest. However, experienced gardeners suggest that the number of fruits from a plant can be significantly increased with the help of a simple fertilizer.
OBOZREVATEL has uncovered the recipe for this product, requiring only simple and inexpensive ingredients.
To make a solution for feeding strawberries, you need to take:
- Baking soda: 50 grams or 3 tablespoons
- Pharmacy iodine: 20 drops
- Wood ash: 1 glass
- Water: 10 liters
Place the baking soda, iodine, and ash in a bucket, cover with water, mix thoroughly, and leave to infuse for about 3 hours. It's crucial that the product is prepared in the shade, avoiding heating it above 50 degrees to prevent it from losing its properties.
Apply the product by watering. One strawberry bush will need about 500 milliliters of the liquid.
