How to cook hake in the oven: share a delicious recipe
Tasty, healthy, budget-friendly and very easy to cook fish - hake. It can be cooked with vegetables, tomato sauce, cream. Also, the fish can be nicely fried in batter, make cutlets and meatballs.
Cook Pauline shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious hake with cream and garlic, which will turn out very flavorful and soft.
Ingredients:
- hake - 500 g
- cream - 250 ml
- butter - 25 g
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- dill and green onions
- salt, pepper
- spice mix for fish
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into pieces and sprinkle with spices.
2. For the sauce: cut garlic into large pieces and fry in butter, then add flour and mix well, salt, pepper, add cream and over medium heat boil the sauce. When a streak appears on the bottom - the sauce is ready.
5. Coat the bottom of the form with sauce and place the fish, pour all the sauce over the fish and cook in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 C.
The finished dish is delicious both hot and cold!
