How to cook hake deliciously: a very original idea
Not only can hake be fried, baked in the oven, or steamed. Fish fillets can be the basis for tasty and healthy nuggets. Thanks to the successful breading, they turn out very crispy on the outside, appetizing and soft inside.
One of the cooking blogs(recepty_smachno_) on Instagram posted a recipe for hake nuggets that you can easily make in the oven in just 20-25 minutes.
Ingredients:
- hake fillet - 300 g
- bread crumbs - 200 g
- flour - 100 g
- egg - 1 pc
- yogurt (3,2%) - 2 tbsp.
- mustard - 2 tablespoons
- soy sauce - 100 ml
- dried garlic - 1 tbsp.
- sesame salt - 100g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish fillets into slices and marinate them in a mixture of soy sauce and garlic for 10 minutes.
2. For the batter, mix the yogurt, mustard, egg, salt and stir until smooth.
3. Roll the pieces of fish in flour, dip them in batter, then roll in breadcrumbs, again in batter and finally in sesame seeds. Place on a baking tray.
4. Bake the nuggets in a preheated 170 degree oven for 25 minutes, flip to the other side 10 minutes before done.
