How to cook chicken meat to make it juicy and soft: a simple recipe
Chicken meat is a very tasty product that can be used to prepare absolutely different dishes: soup, chops, cutlets, salads. And chicken meat also can be baked, boiled, fried with vegetables and sauces.

Cook Victoria shared a delicious baked chicken recipe with orange, soy sauce and garlic on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken meat (thigh, shank, thigh) - 4-6 pcs.
- oranges - 2 pcs.
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 3-4 cloves.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- rosemary - 3 sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the chicken parts and put them in a baking dish and add the rosemary.
2. Marinade: in a separate container squeeze the juice of 1 orange, add soy sauce and all the spices, squeeze garlic, stir until the sugar dissolves, then pour into the meat. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
3. Take the meat out of the fridge, cut the orange into pieces and put it in a form, cover with foil and bake at 200 C until tender. When the chicken is almost cooked, remove the foil and allow to brown for another 10-20 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce in which the chicken is baked.
