Better than Sausage: Healthy Chicken Meat Roll in Sleeve
Chicken meat is an ideal product for making simple but very tasty and hearty dishes. It can be used to make flavorful chops, sausages, rolls, salads, appetizers.
Culinarian Irina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious chicken meat roll, with spices, which is cooked in the oven for 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- chicken thighs - 5 pcs.
- Dijon mustard - 1-2 tbsp.
- ham - 6 plates
- salt, black pepper - to taste
- dried garlic - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the skin from the chicken thigh and separate the bone. Add salt, black pepper, dried garlic and Dijon mustard to the meat, mix well.
2. Place the peel on the baking sleeve in 1 layer, top with the meat.
3. Place the ham on top and wrap the roll. Wrap tightly in a baking sleeve and tie the edges.
4. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 C.
5. Cool the finished roll and then slice.
