Sugar will remove excessive bitterness from the fish that may appear during cooking, so be sure to add it!
Ingredients:
- pollock fillet - 300 g
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- sweet pepper - 1/2 pc.
- frozen corn - 100 g
- tomato paste - 80 g
- sugar - 1-2 tsp
- olive oil
- paprika
- salt
- herbs for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Pour a little olive oil into the bottom of the pan, add finely chopped onion and fry over low heat until transparent.
2. Add finely chopped carrots and fry for a few minutes. Then add diced potatoes and pepper, simmer together for 3-5 minutes and cover with water.
3. Season with salt. Add bay leaf and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add diced fish and corn and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
5. Add tomato paste and paprika. Add sugar if desired.
Let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Chop herbs, cook for another minute and serve!
