The best dish for a quick breakfast is homemade pancakes, which can be made with milk, kefir, yogurt, boiling water, and whey. To make the pancakes fluffy and soft, cooks recommend adding a little baking soda and eggs to the dough.
Cook Yana shared on Instagram a recipe for fluffy, high kefir pancakes that always turn out well.
Ingredients:
- warm kefir – 300 ml
- eggs – 1 pc.
- sugar – 3 tbsp.
- salt – 1/2 tsp.
- flour – 220 g
- baking soda – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Heat the kefir to room temperature.
2. In a bowl, mix the egg with the sugar and salt, but do not beat.
3. Add kefir, flour, and baking soda to the egg mixture, mix, and cover with a bowl or cling film for 15 minutes.
4. Once the dough is ready, do not stir, but carefully spoon it into a hot frying pan with oil and fry on both sides over medium heat.
The pancakes will be very fluffy, high, and delicious.
