What makes potatoes crispy:

  • corn starch
  • salt at the end of cooking

How to cook properly:

1. Cut the potatoes into slices.

2. Season with pepper and add dry garlic.

3. Add a little cornstarch.

4. Stir the mixture.

5. Add enough oil (to taste) and mix well again.

6. Put the potatoes on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.

7. Bake in the apreheated to 200 degrees oven for 40 minutes or until crispy.

8. You need to add salt to ready-made potatoes.
