Ingredients:
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 100 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- mixture of herbs
- sun-dried tomatoes if desired
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, beat with a blender. It is important that the butter is at room temperature.

2. Put in a water bath, stirring constantly, and cook for 10-15 minutes. If you see that the grains remain, blend again with an immersion blender.
