Patties - are a dish that every housewife knows how to make. It is worth noting that it is not necessary to bake them in the oven, you can just fry them in a pan. For the filling you can use: boiled eggs, fried cabbage, mushrooms, meat, onions, greens.

Culinarian Valerie shared on Instagram a recipe for fried mince patties with green onions, which will be very tasty and hearty.

The patties recipe

Ingredients:

  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Chicken minced meat (or other) - 450 gr
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Warm kefir - 300 ml
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Flour - 500 gr
  • Baking powder - 10 gr
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Green onions
  • Spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Whisk the egg with the salt, sugar, kefir, and melted butter.

2. Sift the flour and baking powder and knead the dough. If the dough is sticky on your hands, add a little flour.

3. For the filling: mix the minced meat with finely chopped onions, salt and spices.

4 Divide the dough into 10 even pieces, make a tortilla, spread the filling and roll up, pressing down on both sides.
