Mushrooms can be not only a product for making pie fillings, but also the basis for savory pâtés. Other pâtés can be made with beans, zucchini, and chickpeas.

Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pate of beans, mushrooms and spices, which will turn out very spicy.

Pâté recipe

Ingredients:

  • canned beans - 200 g
  • butter - 40 g
  • champignons - 400 g
  • onions - 80 g
  • spices: salt, pepper - to taste

Method of cooking:

1. Peel the mushrooms and chop them randomly. Fry in oil until all the liquid is gone, stirring occasionally.

2. Add the chopped onions and fry until the mushrooms are golden, stirring occasionally.

3. Transfer to the bowl of a blender the beans, fried mushrooms and onions, salt, add pepper and grind to a smooth consistency. Allow the pâté to cool.
