Mini pizza for a hearty snack: a recipe for the simplest yeast dough

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of salt
- 30 g of sugar
- 25 g of butter
- 250 ml of milk
- 8 g of yeast
- 470 g flour (+/-30 g)
The filling:
- cheese
- ketchup
- sausage
- tomatoes
- olives
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg a little with salt and sugar. Add the melted butter, pour in warm milk, and add the fast-acting dry yeast, mix and add the flour in several stages, and knead the soft elastic dough.
2. Put the dough into a bowl greased with oil, and cover it with plastic wrap and a towel. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 40-60 minutes. When the dough has risen, divide it into 8 equal parts. From each part, form a base for a mini pizza, stretching it with your hands.
3. Place the dough bases on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cover with a towel. Let rise in a warm place for about 10-15 minutes.
4. Next, press the dough a little to form the sides. Brush with sauce and put the filling in. Bake the mini pizzas for about 20 minutes at 180 C.
