Lazy dumplings without sugar in 10 minutes according to the recipe of Tetiana Lytvynova
Dumplings are a traditional Ukrainian dish based on dough and various fillings. They can be cooked in different ways, with different dough, steamed, or lazy.
Chef Tetiana Lytvynova shared a recipe for delicious lazy dumplings with cottage cheese and honey on her YouTube channel, which you can easily make at home (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 300 g
- flour – 2 tbsp
- eggs – 1 pc.
- salt – a pinch
- honey – 1 tbsp
- blueberries – 200 g
- sour cream – 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork.
2. Add a little flour and mix.
3. Make a sausage with your hands, cut it, and roll it in flour.
4. Boil water, add the dumplings, and cook until tender.
5. Put the blueberries in a blender, add honey, and beat until smooth.
6. Put the cooked dumplings in a bowl and pour over the sauce.
These dumplings are very tasty and satisfying.
