Ingredients:

  • Flour – 390 g
  • Butter – 150 g
Oil and eggs
  • Sugar – 80 g
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Vanilla – a pinch
Ingredients for a cupcake
  • Soda – 1 tsp.
  • Vinegar 9% – 2 tbsp.
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
Eggs for the dough
  • Carrots – 300 g

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

2. Beat the eggs.

3. Add sugar, vanilla, salt and whisk again.

4. Melt the butter and add to the egg mixture.

5. Quench the baking soda with 2 tbsp. l vinegar, mix well, and pour into a bowl, mix.

7. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

8. Grease the mold with butter, put the dough, and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
